Sweet Titles, with Options, All in One File

For anyone interested, I’ve taken Dustin Diaz’s handy Sweet Titles script, condensed all the relevant code into one document and tweaked it so that only anchor tags with the “title” attribute will display a rollover while the others display as normal. Feel free to grab it here.

Does this still work in 2008? I haven’t managed to see an example of what Sweet Titles does yet.
