Interesting - personally I think the whole Iran/Iraq situation has been completely DADA for some time now.

Hoch’s photomontage work is still relevent today and perhaps there are some living artists using these techniques to depict the situation in the Middle East?

When that happens to me I feel betrayed, lied to and manipulated. It’ a little like walking into a room and being assaulted by hawkers who look at you with that philosophy “There’s a sucker born every minute”…

What’s funny is that I am launching a site that has one ad per page, and have had people tell me that I’m crazy to only put one ad per page. To that I say “People First.” Most people aren’t willing to try to figure out how to use something that should be as easy as falling off a log. Instead, they’ll just leave and not come back.

I try to think back and figure out when this became acceptable behavior, but I can’t seem to pin it down…
